Q. My laptop and desktop have been infected with a virus. What should I do?

A. No problem. We can get your laptop and desktop up and running in no time and we can make sure you don't lose any important files or photos too.

Q. What do I have to do to get it repaired and how much does it cost?

A. Just drop off at the shop your laptop (with its power supply) or your desktop (without the cables) and leave the rest to us. For a list of repair costs please see table below.

Q. Which anti-virus software would you suggest I use to help protect my system against threats?
