Terms & Conditions

Deliveries

We aim to have all goods delivered within 3-5 working days of the order. Whenever possible delivery will be sooner. The standard charge for delivery is £9.95.

Returns

When the buyer purchases an item the law states that the item must be of satisfactory quality and free of any defects, fit for purpose (fit for the use described and any specific use the buyer made clear to the seller at the time of purchase) and as described (match the description on the packaging). If an item does not meet any of these rights, it may be necessary for the seller to test the item. If it is judged to be faulty, the buyer will usually have the right to a repair, replacement or refund. The buyer may have additional rights to these if the product has a warranty. If the seller makes a fault known to the buyer and the buyer still purchases the item, the buyer cannot return it unless there is a different fault. In the event of a return, the buyer should contact the seller via the Contact Us section of the web site. If there is nothing wrong with the item, the buyer does not have the legal right to return it. The price of any item should be clearly priced. If an item has been wrongly priced by mistake, the buyer does not have the right to buy it at that price. If the buyer is unhappy with the correct price, the buyer does not have to purchase the item.
